According to The Asian Development Bank (ADB)India’s economy is set to grow at 7.4% in financial year 2017-18 & 7.6% in the financial year 2018-19 .against the rate of 7.1% in the year 2016-17. The medium term growth prospect is expected to be about 8% due to implementation of key reforms, loosening of supply-side bottlenecks, an appropriate fiscal and monetary policies, libearization FDI rules in key sectors like defence, railway infrastructure civil aviation and insurance , July 2017 roll out of Goods and Service tax, national bankruptcy code , pick-up in consumption demand and higher public investment. The 'Make in India“ programme announced by the Govt. Of India will soon transform the country into manufacturing and design hub.

The applicant should have passed the Higher Secondary Examination under West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent Examination from a recognized University/Board in any stream with English.
